Summary:

This position will be responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital tools for the Quality Control (QC) laboratory. The role resides within the QC Systems group and reports to the Manager of Digital Laboratory Systems. 


Responsibilities

Partner with QC functional groups and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and understand laboratory processes and data flows.

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools that provide insights into QC performance and key metrics.

Develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance data accessibility.

Translate business needs into technical solutions using enterprise tools such as Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, and related platforms.
