Job Objective
Lead Quality and Laboratory activities at the Onsan site to ensure product quality, reliable laboratory analysis, and compliance with HSE and quality regulations in alignment with Westlake standards.
Responsibility
General
Overall leader of the Quality function (including Laboratory) at the Onsan site.
Maintain and renew the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to analytical and quality activities.
Lead management reviews and manage the Continuous Improvement (CI) portfolio for the site.
HSE / Q
Ensure compliance with local HSE/Q regulations and Westlake guidelines applicable to labo...
