Specialist Quantity Surveyor (Ref: KHXXXX)
The position plays a key role in ensuring complete and accurate revenue and cost
reports are prepared on a timely basis.
The Job
 Assist Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Manager / Senior
Quantity Surveyor with all daily commercial operations
 Assist with Cost and Budget Reporting
 Assist with resolving contractual and commercial problems
 Attend to all relevant contract admin & documentation for the project
 Ensure that all stakeholders, such as administration, operations, and
finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations and reflect them
accurately
The Candidate
 Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Sciences / Engineering
 Minimum 3-4 years of experience
