The Specialist R&D Romer Labs is responsible for conducting lab experiments to achieve project goals.
Your key responsibilities

Carry out laboratory experiments to achieve the objectives of the project
Record experimental results, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to facilitate effective data management and maintain consistent communication with superior/stakeholders
Perform maintenance and initiate repairs on equipment in accordance with the maintenance database, adhering to manuals and instructions to ensure optimal functionality
Immediately report all observed deviations from internal standard operating procedures, Romer Labs Manual and international standards
Support performance of internal and external audits, timely processing and closure of defined non-conformities and recommendations in own department
