Job Description

Job Purpose
We are looking for a Specialist, Recruitment to partner hiring teams in identifying, attracting and securing passionate individuals for SMRT. In this role, you will be involved in high-volume and/or specialized recruitment, represent SMRT in recruitment campaigns and contribute to recruitment enhancement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Sourcing
 Collaborate with HR business partners (HRBPs) to determine the recruitment demands and requirements
Establish a good working relationship with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements, keep them updated with market trends and provide advice when required to identify best-fit candidates while ensuring fair employment opportunities for all candidates
