Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Responsible for the receiving, verification, and creation of customer orders in REALIS; provide Lab logistic expertise to meet the lab targets and sustain the lab processess
Responsible for incoming Quality Control check on BQP (flow & stress conditions), verification (complete, accurate, and correct), and confirmation of requirements with the client
Confirm the availability of resources & machine capacity for projects in the requested timeframe and capacity allocation in RFC versus actual loading
Align with the client on project prioritization, confirmation of sample delivery, and early warning in case of a change of promise or a change of request, as well as liaise with clients for fast disposition of on-hold lots
Receive & creation of the REALIS project based on BQP and QC check on the project created using the 4 eyes principle.
