About the Role

To raise the competency standards of the sales force in providing quality financial advice to the customers by ensuring the regulatory requirements under Sales Advisory process are fulfilled through regular review/monitoring and embark of digitalisation via system enhancement

Overview of Sales Conduct Monitoring & Improvement:

Interpretation of Data Analytics (DA) & root cause analysis

Develop & conduct targeted training/coaching programs

Enhance systems/sales advisory guidance to reduce sales conduct issues

Monitor effectiveness and adjust measures

Work closely with DA team to refine future DA to improve effectiveness in identifying trends for Districts or Personnels
