Job Description

• To provide the information on data trending for key stakeholder/business units to be able to make decisions to best benefit the organization.
• Key factors to success is to ensure channels under the purview of the Head of Direct & Affinity achieve their targets, and this is done by working together with the HOD, Managers and Team leads on initiative developed by using data provided by the Segmentation & Reporting Assistant Manager.

Job Descriptions

• Perform root cause analysis and identify key improvement areas on Direct, Banca, Agency and Brokers who have OPT-OUT from project/campaigns
• Perform sale forecast for project/campaigns based on current and historical trend
• Overseeing of project/campaign budgets
• Work closely with key stakeholder for Leads/Campaign Management and Sales Performance Report/Analyst
