Responsibilities Execution on the BU Operational Training Curriculum, working closely with the Operations Standards Specialist in developing cost-effective, fit-for-purpose operational training delivery plans for logistics facilities. Annual schedule of training taking into account the training needs analysis and competency observation program as well as other agreed process deployments. Delivers training and competency observations. Maintains training records. Participates in SOP and checklist reviews, development and changes. Maintains up-to-date SOP training material. Executes as per training and competency observation schedule. Qualifications Senior certificate and tertiary qualification (bachelor's or national diploma) in a technical area. Operational experience (minimum 3 years), preferably within the petroleum industry. Knowledge and skills: technical engineering (advantageous); terminal operations experience. Application Deadline
