Job Description

 
  Overview 
 Responsible for the control of temporary inventories, to ensure the compliant and efficient performance of all import export operations, validate transactions between customs system and SAP, to comply with the current customs legislation.
 
   Responsibilities  
 Elaboration of inventory reconciliation processes in annexes 24.
 Analysis of temporary import balances in the customs system.
 Control of discrepancies between annex 24 vs SAP and make adjustments/amendments between systems.
 Ability to analyze and interpret information, (BOM, parts, WO).
 Updating and implementing changes between the two systems.
 Ensure operational trade compliance effectiveness and timely report of risks associated with the Import-Export operations.
 Import – Export (temporary, definitive, virtual, regimen changes, returns).
