Specialist (SR) IT Project Management

Description

• Manage the implementation of IT projects within the IT department and for internal and external customers
  • Manage resource allocation, planning, budget, risks, and issues
  • Coordinate the different stakeholders within IT (i.e engineers, architects, and support teams)
  • Align with the architects to ensure that deliverables meet Cargolux standards requirements
  • Ensure stakeholders engagement and manage stakeholders communications
  • Set-up and facilitate the required governance follow-up meetings with customers & partners (Operational Meetings, Steerco Meetings) as well as with internal counterparts
  • Develop and deliver progress reports to customers and management
  • Ensure smooth transition with the operating and support teams
