Specialist Support Engineer

Our client, a leading player in the industrial and manufacturing sector, is looking for a Specialist Support Engineer to take full ownership of their virtualisation, storage and backup environment within a highly regulated, safety critical operation.

This is a senior, hands on infrastructure role within a mature enterprise MIS environment, reporting to the MIS Operations Manager, and suited to someone who enjoys deep technical ownership and operational accountability.

• Enterprise VMware virtual infrastructure
• Veeam Backup and Replication
• Windows Server platforms
• IBM storage, tape and fibre environments

• Operational readiness including on call and shift support
