Job Description
As a Specialist – Talent Acquisition (Technology), you will recruit potential employees interested in Technology related positions (especially for Data Centers, Technical/IT positions, aggressive Sales professionals) at Wesco via recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sources with emphasis on sourcing passive candidates. You will be a point of contact with candidates and confirm interview schedules. While checking candidates work history, competency and other qualifications. You will make offers and engage with candidates through pre-boarding and assist in developing interview questions with hiring manager.
Responsibilities
Determines appropriate sourcing strategy for Asia positions (hiring into Data Centers, Technical/IT positions, aggressive Sales persons, Sales Operations, etc) to be filled.
