**Key missions of the position:**

To provide exceptional customer service by efficiently managing engineering services business. Generating accurate quotes

and invoices, actively participating in tenders, and ensuring timely support to the field parts and service sales team are key

deliverables. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales success through meticulous attention

to detail, proactive communication, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

**Responsibilities :**

1. Team Work:

+ Work with team of 3-5 members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
+ Provide support and response to internal and external customer.

2. Margin and Pricing Management:

+ Monitor and analyze pricing trends and market conditions to ensure competitive pricing.
