Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of various cybersecurity tools and platforms within the organization's infrastructure
Ensure the seamless operation and availability of cybersecurity solutions, including patching, updates, and maintaining secure configurations
Assist in the integration of cybersecurity tools across the IT and OT environments, ensuring compatibility and proper data flow between systems
Continuously monitor the performance, reliability, and security ofthe cybersecurity platforms, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks
Implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize platform operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across tools
Diagnose and resolve issues related to cybersecurity tool operations, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt recovery
