The Position
The Travel & Expense (TnE) Specialist is responsible for the efficient, effective, and accurate processing and monitoring of employee expense reports through Concur, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, legal requirements, and internal BI guidelines. The role supports TnE process automation, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration with cross‑functional business units to strengthen overall TnE process quality.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prioritize, process, and monitor Expense Reports in line with tax, legal, and BI internal guidelines
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process standardization and harmonization
Participate in or manage projects aimed at identifying, documenting, and implementing process optimization opportunities
Implement, sustain, and monitor defined standard processes related to TnE
