Job Overview

As a Senior Implementation Specialist, Payroll you will be part of ADP’s dynamic Implementation team and will work at the forefront of delivering enterprise-level services such as Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance, and Benefits Solutions to major and national accounts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality implementation and adhere to ADP's Workforce Now methodology.
• Analyze, configure, and understand the client's time and attendance requirements to properly set up the client’s environment.
• Deliver training, testing, and validation sessions with the client prior to first go‑live.
• Oversee various accounts from project initiation through all phases of the implementation.
• Manage project risks and escalations to resolution.
• Provide timely follow‑up and resolution of open project‑related items.
