Specific Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 2 coordinators. 1 based in Montreal and the other in Charny.
• Collaborate with the existing team to maintain the Health and Safety culture and facilitate development;
• Be aware of the prevention program and its procedures and ensure the proper maintenance of the program;
• Accompany and audit in order to maintain good work practices;
• Implement the training plan for employees and train them;
• Develop tools, improvement processes and communication means to facilitate the management of occupational health and safety;
