Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 2 coordinators (1 based in Montreal and the other in Charny).
• Collaborate with the existing team to maintain the Health and Safety culture and facilitate development.
• Be aware of the prevention program, procedures, and ensure proper maintenance of the program.
• Accompany and audit to maintain good work practices.
• Implement the training plan for employees and train them.
• Develop tools, improvement processes and communication means to facilitate the management of occupational health and safety.
• Participate in OHS programs such as heat stroke prevention, gas exposure prevention, reporting and investigation, hazard identification, and preparation of postings.
• Learn and use the systems, computers and mobile software in support of the Sainte‑Rosalie, Montreal and Quebec districts.
