A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistics
Responsibilities
Own, plan and execute Intelcom | Dragonfly’s global events strategy, in collaboration with the marketing team and various internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a centralised repository of information relating to all conferences and events (schedule, participants, reach, speaking/activation opportunities, etc.).
Ensure alignment with marketing and sales to confirm that objectives for each event are clearly defined and that set goals are achieved.
Develop and lead pre-event briefings between sales, marketing, communications and attendees, acting as a main point of contact.
