PROFILE

The Payment Solutions Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and operating the daily payment flows for the organization’s clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations and execution of the payment solution
• Monitor exceptions and investigate root causes
• Coordinate communication with clients for incident tracking and resolution
• Identify and promote opportunities for process automation
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a payment operations role
• Experience with payment and banking networks (EFT, ACH, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL
• Experience in a fintech environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Finance or equivalent (asset)
