Location: Islamabad  
What is Expert/Specialist NOC Supervision? Working in 24 x 7 shifts for fault monitoring, troubleshooting/providing first level support for ongoing issues related to IT and Core domains. The role reports directly to the Manager Core Supervision and this team comprises of 5 team members. 
Expert/Specialist NOC Supervision - Core Key Responsibilities Fault Monitoring and reporting for Core nodes 
Engagement and escalation to all stakeholder teams 
Planned Network activities support 
NMS Health Checks 
Service Requests Handling 
Health Checks of various platforms/tools 
Key Deliverables Alarm monitoring of various domains like CS Core, PS Core, IN and VAS 
Service impact calculation of outage incidents 
IN complaints handling 
IMEI Whitelisting service requests handling...
