is preparing a proposal for the project
Cooperation Facility for the Philippines – Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines.

In this context,
NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior)
to be mobilised on a
short-term, on-demand basis
during project implementation (48 months, expected start June Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Philippines.

Requirements:

• Education:
  Degree in peace studies, international relations, development studies
• General professional experience:
  Experience in fragile or conflict-affected contexts
• Specific professional experience:
  Peacebuilding, conflict sensitivity, post-conflict recovery
• Language:
  English is mandatory
