Specialist/Senior Specialist, Finance Transformation

You will be part of Sea’s HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the Finance Transformation function drives finance excellence by implementing innovative solutions, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a key role in optimizing financial transaction processes by integrating upstream product systems into seamless financial records and reports, along with collaboration with finance teams, system project managers, and product teams to enhance system capabilities, maintain operational integrity, and drive digital finance transformation initiatives.
