In this role within the Wound Ostomy Continence (WOC) Team, you will provide essential clinical support, education, and mentorship. Collaborating with interprofessional teams, you'll develop comprehensive care plans based on detailed holistic assessments and ensure clients receive optimal treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform holistic assessments of ostomy and continence concerns
• Formulate collaborative treatment recommendations
• Educate and mentor staff in wound management
• Facilitate the sharing of knowledge across the continuum of care
• Engage in quality improvement and research projects
Requirements:
• Completion of NSWOCC WOC-EP program
• Current RN certification from College of Nurses of Ontario
