Specialized SQE Engineer

About the Role

As a Specialized Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) at Chery Malaysia, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our suppliers meet the company's high standards of quality, reliability, and efficiency. You'll be responsible for driving supplier process excellence, implementing advanced quality systems, and supporting the continuous improvement of our supplier base.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Mastery: Manage and execute the complete SQE process, ensuring strong supplier quality management systems from qualification to mass production.
• Supplier Selection & Sourcing: Support supplier evaluation and selection to meet strategic sourcing objectives and maintain robust supply chain performance.
• Supplier Capability Assessment: Conduct comprehensive process capability assessments (e.g., Run @ Rate ) and drive supplier readiness.
