Specialty Doctor - Oncology | Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Applications are invited for the post of Specialty Doctor in Oncology at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust. The post holder will join the Oncology Department. The main focuses of the post are:

• To provide continuity of care for in‑patients on the Oncology Ward
• To provide rapid review of patients presenting via the Oncology Triage Unit with symptoms of their cancer or consequences of treatment
• To ensure the delivery of excellent Oncology care to in‑patients on the Oncology Ward, by working closely with the Trust outreach Oncology Services
• To work with the ward FY3 doctor to provide continuity of care on the ward for the patients

This post is suitable for a capable enthusiastic doctor with full GMC registration and an MRCP or MRCGP qualification or equivalent who is keen to join a dynamic team.
