  Job Description 
 You will:
 Plan, coordinate, integrate and facilitate evidenced based nursing care for patients with Hepato-Pancreato- Biliary (HPB) and colorectal disorders
 Develop care plan for management of wound, ostomy and drain care in inpatient and outpatient setting
 Assess surgical risks and formulate care plan for patients going for HPB and Colorectal surgery
 Provide pre-operatively ERAS (Enhanced Recovery after Surgery) counselling consultation 
 Provide advisory support service for patients and family with HPB, colorectal cancer and ostomates
 Develop teaching material and conduct patient and family education on HPB and colorectal disorders
 Provide supervision to nurses in the development of individualized health education plan
 Perform related duties as required
