Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will also collaborate closely with the Medical Director, other hospital managers, and team leads. The successful candidate will support the General Manager in delivering clear communication, implementing corporate initiatives, and providing guidance to team members, ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence within a well-established hospital.
