Specialty Team Coordinator – Vancouver, BC
Compensation: $19.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience
Reports to: Assistant General Manager and General Manager

Responsibilities

• Leadership duties
  • Direct involvement in onboarding, orientation and training for new VTAs/RVTs in all specialty departments.
  • Provide clear training objectives and timelines for acquiring skills.
  • Assist with organization, leadership and roll‑out of hospital‑wide initiatives.
  • Participate in the development of VAERC Standards of Care/SOPs and Technical Training Manual.
  • Create an inspiring team environment and model a culture of open communication.
  • Provide positive feedback and associate recognition frequently, in person or via Recognize App.
