Following our successful international growth strategy, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a dynamic

Specification & Business Development Manager

based in the Oslo Area (Norway).

Drive growth through architectural influence and public sector partnerships in the Norwegian building industry, and especially within the healthcare segment.

Your role
Lead specification-driven sales projects (new builds and renovations) in the Norwegian construction market.
Main focus on the healthcare segment, but also education and public buildings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, local authorities, hospital operators, investors, and general contractors.
Secure specifications for Gerflor’s full product portfolio: flooring, wall protection, and accessories.
