Specification Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Architects, Developers, Contractors, and other stakeholders to design Insulation solutions focusing on HVAC, using Company products and ensure Company Brands and Products are specified for the projects.
• Establish and nurture excellent business relationships with Construction Professionals namely Architects, Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, JKR, KPKT, Interior Designers, etc to maximize business opportunities.
• Deliver presentations, conduct trainings, etc for customers, professionals, and colleagues on technical aspects of product, application, and installation.
• Provide technical supports and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from product selection and installation to troubleshooting and post-construction evaluations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to achieve project goals in Insulations, focusing on HVAC.
