Job Description

Specification & Product Development Engineer (Readymix)
Job Purpose 

Early engage with project design teams & technical stakeholders to endorse & specify Lafarge’s wide range of VAPS portfolio and grow its market share. Develop & manage new product introductions with respect to market needs and customer pain-points.
Key Responsibilities
1-Health & Safety:

Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained

2-Functional:
Lead the prescriptive selling of the Value-Added Products portfolio among key project specifiers including (developers, consultants, architects, and governmental authorities) to expand market reach and strengthen product positioning.
