Specification Sales Engineer - Norway

**What you’ll do:**

As a **Specification Sales Engineer** for Norway, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key specifying entities within the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) buildings segment, with a primary focus on **3‑phase uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems** . The main products are Eaton 9395X, 9595P, 91PS & 93PS. Your goal is to ensure Eaton is specified early and accurately in customer projects, increasing win rates and helping shape technical solutions from the earliest planning stages.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering offices, consultants, major end-users, and partners involved in large or repeat-build projects. You will identify upcoming opportunities, influence project specifications, and ensure Eaton’s solutions are positioned as the preferred choice.
