Specifications Technologist Dublin €42-47k (DOE) An exciting opportunity to join a growing food manufacturing business as a Specifications Technologist, supporting the development and launch of innovative products for Own Label customers. This role involves working closely with customers, NPD, Quality, Production, and Packaging teams to ensure accurate product specifications, smooth project delivery, and full compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. The role: Manage product development projects from concept through to launch. Liaise directly with customers to gather project details and specification requirements. Complete and maintain accurate product specifications and development documentation. Work closely with the Development Chef and NPD team to support product launches.
