                    Job Description

Identifies and establishes good relationship with Top Architects/ Designers/ Consultants, Owners/ Property developers that have influences on projects for the Residential/Commercial – Housing, Hotels, Institutional (church, hospitals, museums, schools, govt buildings), Data Center, Warehouses, Office/Retail Buildings.
Creates, Organizes, Develops Technical Presentations and Specifications writing and Authorship to key stakeholders & influencers. Provides Architects comprehensive support including detailed specification documents for their design works.
Sources out new and upcoming projects through the different platforms, in-house consultants and architects.
Works hand in hand with the Sales, TM departments and relevant BU (as necessary) for coordination of product specification/ product approval related activities.
Support KPM department to ensure enough projects are added to the pipeline to support growth strategies...
