Job Description:

• Min 5 years of working experience in paint, coating, or building material industry.
• Strong knowledge of paint coating systems & architectural coatings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and government agencies.
• Promote and specify company products in architectural and construction projects.
• Provide technical support and paint system recommendations to clients and specifiers.
• Conduct product presentations & seminars for clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
