Spectrum Health Client Services Coordinator

Become a key player at Spectrum Health Care as a part-time Client Services Coordinator in Markham. Provide exemplary service by connecting patients, clients, and clinical staff during evening and weekend shifts.
In this role, you will assist in the coordination of PSW and Nurse services while responding to client queries. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in an office setting, ready to impact the healthcare community positively in our Markham location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with PSWs and Nurses for effective scheduling
• Liaise with clients and community stakeholders effectively
• Solve clients' problems and respond to inquiries
• Report client issues to the Home Support Supervisor
• Accurately enter client data into the system
Requirements:
