Job Description

Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Spectrum Operations. This position will be located in AUAB, Qatarand will be on siteposition.
Responsibilities
Provide frequency management support. The contractor shall:
Process requests for frequencies into the Spectrum 21 (SXXI) database;
Plan and obtain frequency allotments in various countries in support of contingency or exercise operations for US Forces;
Maintain and manage US frequencies;
Review and process frequency allocations to ensure mission requirements still exist;
Manage reported cases of electromagnetic interference (EMI) within the AOR;
Coordinate with applicable agencies, host nations, and DOD organizations to resolve EMI issues IAW Joint Spectrum Interference Resolution (JSIR)/AFI 17-221;
Prepare and provide interference reports;
Maintain and update continuity book containing: the Joint Restricted Frequency List, unmanned aerial...
