Speech and Language Therapist

We’re partnering with a specialist school to appoint a collaborative, education‑savvy SALT who embeds therapy into the school day (not a standalone clinic model).

What you’ll do

• Assess and deliver direct interventions
• Set targets & contribute to reports/EHCPs
• Coach staff on whole‑school communication strategies
• Work closely with teachers, pastoral and behaviour teams as part of a true MDT

What you’ll bring

• Strong SEN experience in education settings (SEMH & ASC essential)
• Confidence integrating therapy within timetables and routines
• A proactive, team‑first approach focused on pupil outcomes
