Speech Language Pathologist - Neurology Focus

Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist focused on neurological rehabilitation, stroke, and oncology patient care. Play a key role in evaluating and treating individuals with complex needs in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
In this role, you will apply your knowledge to assess and formulate individualized speech-language pathology plans for diverse patient populations, including those recovering from strokes or oncological treatments. Your ability to handle caseloads effectively, alongside documentation and patient education responsibilities, will enhance the overall rehabilitation process. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments and implement speech therapy programs
• Manage a referral-based caseload involving WSIB and Auto Insurance patients
• Track patient progress and maintain detailed medical documentation
