Will follow the teacher's salary schedule outlined in the HEA Collective Bargaining Agreement. Salary for 1st year teacher with no experience $41,410 up to $62,296 depending on education and experience. The salary schedule for currently under negotiations. District will pay single employee premium for district's health insurance as outlined in the HEA CBA.
