About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist to join a growing multidisciplinary team in Melbourne’s west. This role is part-time (2–3 days), ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience, as you’ll be the first Speech Pathologist in the team. You’ll deliver mostly 1:1 paediatric sessions in the clinic, with some kinder, school, and community-based work.
External supervision and a gradual KPI build up are in place to ensure a supportive transition.
