Speech therapist

Nurture Health is seeking a passionate and patient-centred Speech Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Reporting to the Therapy Manager, you will help patients regain communication and safe swallowing, enabling improved independence and quality of life through evidence-based rehabilitation interventions. Key Responsibilities Assess communication, swallowing, cognitive-linguistic, and functional abilities; develop and implement individualised therapy plans. Deliver interventions for communication and feeding, prescribe augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) solutions, and provide caregiver education and training. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate records and billing, support discharge planning, and contribute to patient-centred decision-making.
