Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Speech Therapist (Speech Pathologist) to join our multidisciplinary General Practice. You will provide high-quality, patient-centred assessment and therapy services to children and adults within a collaborative primary care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.
- Provide therapy for paediatric and adult patients.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
- Liaise with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals for coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs.
- Participate in professional development and quality improvement activities.
