Job Title: Pediatric Speech Therapist

Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental conditions.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child's developmental needs and therapy goals.
Provide evidence-based speech and language interventions focusing on verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Work on improving social communication, articulation, receptive and expressive language, and feeding/swallowing challenges where applicable.
Use structured and play-based therapy approaches suitable for children with autism.
Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavioral therapists (ABA therapists), psychologists, and special educators for holistic child development.
Educate and train parents/caregivers on therapy techniques and home-based intervention strategies.
