Speech Therapist

Job Description:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for children
Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment outcomes
Implement therapy sessions effectively and adapt approaches according to each child's needs
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary therapists (e.g. occupational therapists, educators)
Monitor, document, and track each child's progress, providing regular updates and reports
Communicate clearly with Head of Center regarding goals, progress, and recommendations
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Speech Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology or graduation from an accredited Speech Therapy programme
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience
Considerable knowledge of therapy equipment and assistive technology
Fluent in English
Computer literate (Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace)
Understands and is able to comply with regulatory and professional standards
