About the role: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Speed Boat Captain / Fisherman to operate and maintain a high-speed vessel for fishing operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong navigation skills, deep knowledge of local fishing grounds, and the ability to ensure the safety and success of fishing trips.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and navigate a speed boat safely in various sea conditions.
Conduct daily fishing trips, either commercial or recreational, depending on the assignment.
Use GPS, sonar, and other navigation and fishing equipment effectively.
Monitor weather conditions and make informed decisions for trip safety.
Catch, handle, and store fish in accordance with regulations and best practices.
