Quality Engineer Responsibilities：

Ensure Quality target is established and achieved in product development, production process and customer Quality.

1. Customer complaint management


2. Quick response and effective communication with customer .


3. Quick collect phenomenon of quality problems at the first time and feedback to the factory .


4. Coordinate with relative department of SHB factory to define the containment action plan and lead the implementation of containment action plan in customer factory .


5. Coordinate with relative department of SHB factory to investigate root cause and drive for


6. improvement and submit 8D report to customer.


7. Regularly visit and proactive communicate with customers to collect product quality performance and customer proposal and lead continue improvement for quality and service .
