SPI / AOI Field Application Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support our Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) systems. Based in Senai, Johor , the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our customers with installation, technical training, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales & technical supports (night shift work required) on all TRI products, namely AXI, AOI and SPI system
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals at all levels throughout customer's organization to ensure customers’ satisfaction
• Take care of below transactions, quotations for services and remind and push for service contracts per AXI machines
• Maintain good relationships with the users at all times
